Liability
Marinelli Motorsports accepts no liability for failure of parts or accessories sold and the buyer accepts full responsibility for all necessary repairs or service and any other liability costs or charges should a part prove defective for any reason or under any circumstance. The buyer also acknowledges and understands known and potential risks and agrees not to hold Marinelli Motorsports liable for any loss or damages incurred directly or indirectly to the vehicle, the vehicle's operator or it's passengers.
Marinelli Motorsports also makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Marinelli Motorsports disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Marinelli Motorsports does not warrant that this site, its servers, or e-mail sent from seller are free of viruses or other harmful components. Seller will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Warranties
The products sold at Marinelli Motorsports carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Each product’s warranty does vary so please contact Marinelli Motorsports or the manufacturer to get detailed information pertaining to the warranty. Marinelli Motorsports holds zero accountability of the product once it is received by the buyer. The buyer also assumes all cost associated with the warranty.
Returns
Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in the original packaging, unopened, and in re-saleable condition. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs along with making sure the product is insured. Please notify and receive confirmation from Marinelli Motorsports that the product can be return.
The 20% restocking fee can be used as store credit should the buyer make another purchase within the 30 day period. For more details on the restocking credit program, please contact Marinelli Motorsports.
Damaged Shipments
Any damages caused by shipment must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the shipment. Failure to report it within the 5 days will result in no refunds.
Payment Policy
Please contact Marinelli Motorsports to find out payment methods. There are no COD. Buyers within the state of Texas are subject to paying sales tax.
Cancellation Policy
An order can be cancelled before it is shipped and it will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Once an order is shipped, the order can not be cancelled and the buyer must go through the return procedure. Like the return fee, the cancellation fee can be used as store credit should the buyer make another purchase within 30 days.
Shipping
Products will be shipped by either UPS, FedEX, or USPS depending on the product. Unless otherwise stated, shipping is at the buyers expense. For any additional questions pertaining to shipping, please contact Marinelli Motorsports.
International Shipping
